Pretreatment and pressing process of soybean oil
Soybean oil preparation process is usually directly leached after pretreatment, and in some cases, use cold pressing process.
◆ Soybean oil cold pressing process:
soybean→ cleaning→ crushing→ softening→flaking→ temperature conditioning→ pressing → bean cake.
The softening temperature in the cold pressing process of soybean is generally not higher than 45℃ ~ 50℃, the softened moisture is 10%-12%, the thickness of the flake is 0.4 mm -0.5 mm, and the conditioning temperature before pressing is not higher than 70℃. If the ZX10 type screw press is used for cold pressing of whole seeds, no flaking is required.
The traditional soybean pretreatment leaching process is relatively simple. The advanced soybean pretreatment leaching process can adopt techniques such as peeling, extrusion puffing, and wet heat treatment, and can be combined with drying before soybean peeling to condition, omitting the softening process and simplifying the pretreatment process.

◆ General soybean peeling pretreatment process:
soybean→ cleaning→ drying→ crushing→ peeling→ softening→ flaking→ leaching
◆ Soybean dry conditioning and peeling pretreatment process:
soybean→ cleaning→ drying conditioning→ crushing→ peeling→ flaking→ leaching
◆ Soybean extrusion puffing pretreatment process:
soybean→ cleaning→ drying→ crushing→ softening→ flaking→ extrusion puffing→ drying→ leaching
◆ Soybean moist heat pretreatment process:
soybean→ cleaning→ crushing→ softening→ flaking→ wet heat treatment→ leaching
Soybean pretreatment leaching process should also be combined with soy protein production, comprehensive utilization of soybeans and extraction of active ingredients from soybeans.
